The Los Angeles-based rapper Gavlyn (born January 29, 1990) has been rapping since 2006. In 2010 she released her debut video What I Do which went on to gain over 8 million views on YouTube. Since then, Gavlyn has toured multiple countries
including Europe and South America spreading her unique sound throughout the globe with a grassroots hustle. Gavlyn has released 5 solo albums under the independent label Broken Complex. The 2016 record Make up For Your Break
Up features Aftermath artist Anderson Paak. Her most recent album Why Wait was produced entirely by the head of Broken Complex himself DJ Hoppa. She`s also a member of the Movement Organized Threat which supports artists on an
international scale and aims to give Hip Hop music a fresh, poetic and timeless touch.
Z-Man aka Z-Mainey aka Z-Dazzle who represents San Francisco, CA AND Gurp City to the fullest, burst on the scene in 1996 with the group 99th Dimension. In 2003, He was signed to Refill/Hiero Imperium and released the groundbreaking
LP Dope or Dog Food? and in 2004, the incredible EP Anti-Nerd. After countless collaborations and well received live performances, Z-Dazzle went on to release Don’t Forget to Brag in 2005 to critical acclaim and formed the group One Block Radius with Super Producer Marty James and Turntablist MDA. 2008 marked the major label debut of One Block Radius on Island Def Jam/Mercury Records with the Billboard charting single You Got Me. With a string of solo releases from 2011’s In Case You Forgot to 2012’s California Brainwashed and 2014’s The Opening Act, Z-Man is back with a story to tell in 2015 with The Flea Circus.
Vocab Slick
Vocab Slick is an Emcee residing in California’s North Bay Area, and founding member of the Hip Hop group Distant Relatives. In 2007, their album This Changes Everything was released and gained nationwide attention. In 2014, Vocab Slick kept busy by completing both the Somethin’ Slick EP, and the LP entitled Issues and Episodes, with the former featuring Martin Luther and Opio of Souls of Mischief. College Radio & Internet Markets nationwide have embraced both efforts. Currently Vocab has completed his new project titled The Day After Yesterday while keeping a rigorous touring schedule.
