James Supercave
James Supercave
Rich, brilliant, and jaw-droppingly handsome. The young Americans behind James Supercave don’t go to Church, they are the church. Bound by a quest to unfuck the world whilst maximizing personal burrito consumption, the trio has surrendered their lives to the musical overlords, channeling sonic visions and summoning for all within earshot the spiritual escape hatch from their terrestrial monotony. Use the Supercave at your own risk. Batteries not included.

Bud Wilson has been writing and recording as Aan for nearly 10 years in Portland, OR. The project birthed from simple explorations of mood and texture, slowly blossoming into lush guitar work, stuttering drums and rich vocal theatrics. Aan's most recent material is dark and aggressive, with references to krautrock, jazz, and the great grunge pillars of the area. Aan has been around the US many times, supporting indie rock progenitors Built to Spill, The Smashing Pumpkins, as well as myriad modern independent acts making waves in the blogosphere. Aan's LP "Amor Ad Nauseum" was released in the spring of 2014 and their follow-up is due mid-spring of 2016, produced by Riley Geare of Portland-via-New Zealand's Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
